At 13 years old, Maggie was our resident old lady. She took her job as the “fun police” very seriously, and made sure to break up any fun that got out of hand.

Her other duties included perimeter security with a specialty in barking at people and dogs on her property.

It should be noted that anything that she could see was her property.

As Maggie aged, she began to exhibit mobility, cognitive, and quality of life issues. We could tell that she was in a constant state of pain, and as much as it broke our hearts, we did the humane thing, and put her to sleep.
