Allyson Faye Rice passed away peacefully at home on December 7th, 2023, at the age of 76. She was born in Dallas, TX, on January 18th, 1947.
She is predeceased by her parents, Robert and Hollis Rice; her sister and brother-in-law, Neliene (Denny) Howe; and her son, Jeffery Ward. She is survived by her brother John (Hope) Rice, sisters Lois Walker and Gloria Rice; children James (Michelle) Mullen and Mike (Brandi) Ward; grandchildren Kevin Claggett, Jane Clark, Bethany Claggett, Caleb Claggett, Shard Mullen, and her two great-grandchildren, Rose Clark and Soteria Gibbons, and many, many others that she considered family.
She retired from Walmart in Troy, MO, after 35 years. She spent her spare time gardening and doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on January 18th, 2024, at 11:00am at Troy First Baptist Church, 1000 Elm Tree Road, Troy, MO 63379.
